Q: How does this work?
A: Instead of going through BT, your international calls will go through our network, giving you huge savings.
Q: Do I have to change my service provider?
A: No, you do not need to change your service provider or make any special arrangements in order to use the service. Your calls go through us ONLY when you want to, by dialling our access number.
Q: Will I get a separate bill?
A: No. You will be billed by BT or your line provider as usual. You will see all calls made to our numbers itemised on your regular bill, and charged as national rate numbers (where applicable).
Q: Is there a limit on how much I can use the service?
A: You can use the service as much and as often as you wish. There are no usage limits whatsoever.
Q: Will I hear any adverts or be interrupted in any way?
A: No, in fact, neither you or the person you are calling will notice any difference compared to you standard service.
Q: Will the sound quality be ok?
A: Yes, the sound will be as good or even better than with your regular service.
Q: Will my number be shown to the person I am calling?
A: No, the only number they will see is our service number, that is in no way connected to you.
Q: Can I use the service from work/mobile/payphone?
A: Certainly, using our service from a workplace could save your company a lot of money. If you intend to use the service from a mobile phone, we recommend that you first check the prices with the line provider, more details can be found [here]. For calling from a payphone, please check the prices first with BT [here].
